3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the RSS feed URLs you add to the platform. You agree to only monitor publicly available content and to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the sources you monitor.

4. AI-Generated Content

Analyses and counter-strategies generated by SpyGlass AI are produced by artificial intelligence and should be used as supplementary intelligence only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

5. Usage Limits

Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the platform. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Supporters on Ko-fi receive higher usage limits.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
